Creative Customer Service

This multi-dimensional class is for those on the
customer service front lines. In a teambuilding environment, members create
their own visual definition of customer service. Next, through the use
of positive storytelling, best practices are analyzed. Participants learn
the three needs that every customer must have satisfied. Then the class
learns and practices how to deal with tricky customers. Lastly, they are
brought through an exciting brainstorming and goal setting session.
