Decompression Session - Stress Management

Divorce? Health issues? The Economy? Life can feel like one difficult hurdle after another. This class is a nourishing spa day where worries are untangled and the spirit is pampered so your staff can return to work renewed, refreshed and ready. Participants first create an honest inventory of their stress levels. They then learn the difference between good and bad stress and how to spot burn-out and stop it in its tracks. In a tranquil environment, participants learn simple meditation techniques that can lower blood pressure. Next, in an empowering group exercise, members "reframe" their perspectives to see the benefits, opportunities and treasures within their situations. Participants practice a technique to quickly find calm in any situation and finish with inspiring session to bring what was learned in the workshop back to their desks.
